Volume 01·Issue 01·Performance edition
Pay only for page one. In writing.
A founder letter on performance-based SEO

The content vendor era is over. Bring in someone with skin in the game.

Content Cofounder builds and optimizes approved pages through a documented SEO system. You approve the batch, primary keywords, and price upfront. If an approved page reaches page one and holds, you pay. If it misses, we absorb the production cost.

Founder-led. Runs on the Content OS. No retainer; no invoice for missed pages.

Figures cover approved pages only. Pages are approved before work begins on keyword difficulty, current position, search intent, competition, and site authority.

II. The market shift

The article is free now. The ranking is the product.

AI can produce passable content in seconds. That killed the old content-volume model. The real work now is knowing which pages can win, closing the gap, and getting them to hold page one.

For years, content was the bottleneck — slow, expensive, scarce. That era is over. The tools that sell "content at scale" will help you publish more pages, faster, than you could ever use. None of that solves the real problem. More content is not more rankings.

A page only earns customers when it outranks the competition for a keyword someone is actually searching for, and almost nobody is selling you that.

Most pages do not qualify. That is why the guarantee works.

We only approve pages where every one of these reads green.

i.Keyword difficulty ii.Current position iii.Search intent iv.Site authority
III. The page one guarantee

Skin in the game, in writing.

We build or optimize approved pages to reach page one of Google for agreed primary keywords. You pay only for the pages that reach page one and hold.

If the page reaches page one You pay the agreed price.
If the page does not reach page one You pay nothing for that page.
If the page only spikes briefly It does not count. A page must hold page one for the agreed two-week period.
If we do not believe a page can win We do not include it in the batch.
If the page ranks later Payment happens only after it clears the agreed hold period.

No retainer. No invoice for missed pages. No vague SEO activity billing.

The page, keyword, price, rank-tracker, and hold period are agreed before work begins. This is not a blanket SEO guarantee — it applies only to approved pages and approved primary keywords.

See if my pages qualify Page One = primary keyword in positions 1–10, held for 2 weeks
IV. What counts as a win

A win is defined before any work begins.

i.

Approved keyword

The agreed primary keyword reaches positions 1–10 on Google.

ii.

Two-week hold

The page must stay on page one for two consecutive weeks.

iii.

Neutral tracking

Tracked with an agreed rank-tracking tool in a neutral, non-personalized search.

iv.

Written approval

The page, keyword, and price are approved before any work begins.

Measurement note

Existing pages get a 30-day window to reach page one. New pages can get up to 60. The two-week hold begins only after the page first enters the top 10. A single-day spike does not count and is never billed as a win.

V. Proof

What approved pages have done.

Real client outcomes from the same selection, optimization, internal-linking, and verification process. Results vary by site, market, competition, and starting position.

VI. The Content OS

How a page actually gets to page one.

Every page in every batch runs through the same six stages. The selection changes from one client to the next. The method does not.

i.

Selection

A strict audit isolates pages already within realistic page-one range. The duds stay out of the batch.

Output Approved batch list
ii.

Reverse-engineer

We deconstruct the current top 10 SERP and map competitor gaps. No guessing.

Output Gap map per keyword
iii.

Build

We rewrite or create pages using verified sources, stronger structure, and search-intent fit.

Output A page built to beat #10
iv.

Internal links

We map each page into your site so it is supported, not orphaned, and pages reinforce each other.

Output A page wired in
v.

Checks

Every page passes quality, claims, structure, source, and internal-link checks before it ships.

Output Cleared to ship
vi.

Verify

We track the agreed keyword until the page reaches and holds page one. Only then is it billed.

Output Billed as a win
VII. Free proof sprint

Don't take our word for it. Watch it work on your own site.

Qualified sites may be invited into a free proof sprint: up to three approved pages, optimized at no cost, so you see the system work on your own site before committing to a paid batch.

The sprint runs under the exact rules of the paid guarantee — same rank-tracking, same neutral search, same page-one-and-hold standard. Often one or two pages clear the bar. That is still proof, because you are watching the same system that would run across your full batch.

Whether your site qualifies is settled by the pre-call audit, not casually on a sales call.

VIII. The modern edge

The same method wins where search is heading next.

Buyer-research signal

Buyers now ask AI tools, read Reddit threads, and compare brands long before they ever land on a website.

The same judgment that runs through the Content OS also runs through how we study buyer behavior across search, AI, and communities — through a community of real buyers we built and operate.

IX. For agencies

Also available for agencies.

Selected agencies can white-label the system. You keep the client relationship. We run the audit, batch plan, optimization, and verification behind the scenes — same Content OS, same page-one-and-hold standard, delivered under your brand.

i.

Same OS, same standard

Every batch runs through the documented Content OS. Quality does not ride on one person's week.

ii.

Client-safe deliverables

Audits, plans and reports are built without our brand from the start. Drop in your logo and ship.

iii.

NDA, partner pace

We sign an NDA and only take on a few partner agencies at a time, so a partner is never competing for capacity.

X. FAQs

The questions a skeptical buyer asks.

Q.01

What happens if a page doesn't rank?

You do not pay for it. No retainer covers it, no invoice arrives for it. You pay only for pages that reached page one and held it.

Q.02

How is "page one" measured?

The agreed primary keyword reaches positions 1–10, tracked with an agreed rank-tracking tool on a neutral, non-personalized search. Recorded before work starts and at the end of the window.

Q.03

Do you guarantee every keyword?

No. The guarantee applies only to approved pages and approved primary keywords. If a keyword is not realistic without a different SEO strategy, we keep it out of the batch and explain why.

Q.04

What if a page reaches page one for one day?

It does not count. A page must reach page one and hold for the agreed two-week period before it is billed.

Q.05

Can brand-new pages qualify?

Yes, but they get a longer window and must still pass selection. New pages usually work best for localized, long-tail, or lower-competition commercial keywords.

Q.06

Can we use escrow?

Yes. For larger first batches, escrow can be used so both sides are protected. Payment is released only after the agreed win conditions are met — approved keyword, neutral tracker, page-one ranking, and two-week hold.

Q.07

Who actually does the work?

Content Cofounder is founder-led. Rahul oversees the Content OS, the standards, and the selection logic. Trained team members handle research, writing, optimization, checks, and reporting — every page runs through the same documented system, regardless of who touches it.

Rahul Bhatia Founder — Content Cofounder

A guarantee is only possible because the selection is strict. If a page can't reach page one, it doesn't go in the batch — and we tell you why.
